Precision Measuring Center
Model：P26
The fully automatic CNC-controlled P 26 precision measuring center is designed as a compact unit for the workpiece diameter range up to 260 mm. The machine is used to inspect cylindrical gears, pinion type cutters and shaving cutters, worms and worm wheels, hobs, bevel gears, general dimension, shape, and positional deviations of axially symmetrical workpieces, cam and camshaft measurement and rotor measurement.
CNC Internal Gear Tester
Model：Tokyo TTi-150E
The TTi-150E is able to measure the internal gear (mold core) after EDM. The measurements include the tooth profile, lead, pitch and run-out of internal gear. The scope of the gear module is from 0.2 to 0.4. The outside diameter can be up to 140mm and inside diameter less to 20mm. We have capability to monitor the variation of electrode and mold core after EDM.
CNC Gear Tester
Model： TTI-120E
Small probe goes into the space between two teeth and along the contour of the gear. We can find out the pressure angle error, helical angle error, pitch error and run-out for the gears. It is our compulsive process before shipping.
Optical Microscope
Model：ARCS SVP-2010
Our ARCS microscope model has 500 times the magnification power to check our products before they are shipped out. We are able to measure all of the tiny dimensions such as the chamfer and fillet. Any deckle edge will also be found by this equipment. By means of IRCS, we can guarantee the product we manufacture is free of errors.
